Extended Health Coverage

Many extended health benefit plans cover counselling services provided by Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC). Coverage varies by plan, so we encourage clients to confirm eligibility and benefit limits directly with their insurance provider. If direct billing is not available, receipts are provided for reimbursement.

Beginning January 1, 2026, we offer direct billing for select extended health benefit plans. Learn more about supported providers and how billing works on our Direct Billing and Extended Health Coverage page.

We also accept direct billing through the BC Autism Funding Program for eligible families. Additional details are available on our Autism Funding page.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. To best serve all clients, we maintain a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Missed or late cancellations will incur a fee, as this allows us to offer appointment times to others and maintain accessibility services.
