We accept various payment methods for your convenience, including credit cards and electronic fund transfers.

Sliding Scale

We believe everyone deserves access to mental health care, and our sliding scale supports equitable access to counselling.

Extended Health Coverage

Many extended health plans cover counselling with Registered Clinical Counsellors, and clients are encouraged to confirm eligibility and benefit limits with their insurer. When direct billing is unavailable, receipts are provided for reimbursement. Learn more on our Direct Billing page.

We offer direct billing through the BC Autism Funding Program for eligible families; details are available on ourAutism Funding page.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. To best serve all clients, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Missed appointments or late cancellations will incur a fee, as timely notice allows us to offer appointment times to other clients and maintain accessible services.
