ADHD Self-Screening
Adult ADHD Free Self-Screening Tool
This free screening tool was developed through a collaboration between the World Health Organization (WHO) and researchers at Harvard Medical School. It consists of 18 questions drawn from the DSM criteria for ADHD, covering two core symptom domains: inattention and hyperactivity-impulsivity. This is not a formal diagnosis, but allows you to self-evaluate your experiences and explore whether a comprehensive ADHD assessment may be a helpful next step for you.
For each question, mark the option that best describes how you have felt and conducted yourself over the past 6 months.
