By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), including browsing, reading content, submitting forms, or requesting consultations, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Site.

1. Use of the Site

The information on this Site is intended for general educational and informational purposes only.
Although our team includes registered clinical counsellors, nothing on this Site constitutes professional counselling, diagnosis, or treatment.

Engaging with the Site or contacting us through it does not establish a therapeutic or client–counsellor relationship.
A therapeutic relationship is formed only after completing intake procedures and receiving confirmation from your counsellor.

If you are in crisis or require urgent support, please contact your local emergency services, crisis line, or other qualified mental health resources immediately.

2. Eligibility & Access

This Site is intended for individuals aged 19 or older, or those with legal capacity to enter agreements.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site at our discretion.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, videos, design, logos, and downloadable materials, is the property of Neurodiversity Wellness Collective or used under licence.

You may view and use Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercialize any content without our prior written permission.

Contacting us through online forms or email involves electronic communication, which may have inherent privacy risks.

By using these features, you acknowledge:

  • Email and web-based communication cannot be guaranteed as fully secure.

  • Sending sensitive or personal information is at your own discretion.

  • Contacting us electronically does not create a therapeutic relationship

Counselling outcomes vary for each individual.
We make no guarantees regarding therapeutic results or changes in personal circumstances.

We provide virtual counselling services only to clients located in provinces and territories where our counsellors are authorized to practice.
Accessing the Site does not guarantee service eligibility.
Eligibility is confirmed during intake.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our employees, directors, and affiliates are not liable for:

  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • loss of data, income, or business

  • reliance on Site content

  • any inability to access the Site

If liability is established, our total liability shall not exceed any amount you paid (if any) to access the Site.

12. Full Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Neurodiversity Wellness Collective regarding your use of the Site and its Services.
