Extended Health Coverage

Many extended health plans cover services provided by Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC). While we do not bill insurance directly, receipts are provided for reimbursement. Coverage varies, so please confirm with your provider whether RCC services are included. We also offer direct billing through the BC Autism Funding Program for eligible families.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. To best serve all clients, we maintain a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Missed or late cancellations will incur a fee, as this allows us to offer appointment times to others and maintain accessibility services.
