What Is Low Cost Affordable Counselling?
We believe cost should never be a barrier to mental health support. Affordable counselling means you get the same quality therapy, the same personalized approach, just without the price barrier.
Our neurodivergent counsellors-in-training (interns) provide this service. Each intern is supervised by Yuka Oshimi, a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Approved Clinical Supervisor candidate (RCC-ACS candidate), who brings expertise in neurodiversity-affirming care and lived experience.
Who It’s For
Affordable counselling serves anyone whose financial situation makes standard rates a barrier. This includes:
Students with limited income
People living on disability or low fixed income
Those between jobs or with unstable employment
Single parents managing financial pressure
and anyone else for whom cost is a barrier to care.

We are excited to be able to offer lower-cost, neurodivergent-affirming counselling with a supervised master's level student counsellor beginning Spring 2027. Join the waitlist and we'll reach out as soon as a spot opens up!
