A Practice Built on Lived Experience
Neurodiversity Wellness Collective Ltd was founded by Yuka Oshimi, an AuDHD POC counsellor shaping how we work with clients to how we build our team and support each other.
Our practice's foundation is neurodivergent-affirming care, intersectional, and grounded in lived experience. We take seriously the lived experience of our practitioners and the clients we are privileged to work with. This means building a space where your brain, your identity, and your clinical values are not just welcome, they are respected and honoured.
