What it is

What is Couples Counselling?

Couples counselling (also referred to as relationship therapy or marriage counselling) provides a supportive, structured environment for partners to explore challenges, untangle unhelpful interaction cycles, and cultivate mutual understanding. Every relationship experiences friction, whether through communication barriers, life transitions, or emotional distance, but working with a therapist allows both partners to speak openly, feel heard, and build practical tools tailored to your unique dynamic.
