We believe inclusion requires systemic change beyond the therapy room, driven by education, visibility, and neurodivergent-led perspectives that shift conversations away from deficit-based frameworks and toward care respecting neurodivergent identities, needs, and strengths. We advance neurodivergent dignity, access, and inclusion across Canada and internationally by sharing accurate, affirming information, partnering with workplace leaders and institutions, and co-creating multidisciplinary support ecosystems grounded in neuroaffirmative practice, lived experience, and evidence-informed care.
Workplace Education & Organizational Training
Neurodiversity Awareness Training with LearnScape
We collaborated with Tahira Mursleen at LearnScape to design and deliver a neurodiversity awareness ADHD workplace training, to support workplaces in developing a clearer and more accurate understanding of ADHD in professional settings.
The training goes beyond awareness to drive practical inclusion by helping organizations identify systemic barriers, understand how ADHD shows up at work, and establish a neurodivergent-affirming work environment.
